All orders ship for a flat rate of $6.00 USD within the continental U.S. Upon placing your order, fulfilment takes an average of 2-5 business days and shipping takes an average of 1-8 business days depending on selected shipping method and carrier.
CANADA SHIPPING
All orders from our U.S.-based fulfilment center ship to Canada for a flat rate of $8.00 USD. Upon placing your order, fulfilment takes an average of 2-5 business days and shipping takes an average of 1-11 business days depending on selected shipping method and carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders from our U.S.-based fulfilment center ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and all others for a flat rate of $9.00-$15.00 USD depending on delivery destination. Upon placing your order, fulfilment takes an average of 2-5 business days and shipping takes an average of 10-20 business days depending on selected shipping method and carrier.

We do not offer exchanges or returns at this time. We will provide sizing charts to the best of our ability and detailed descriptions for each item. ALL SALES FINAL.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, once orders enter the fulfilment process they cannot be canceled and refunds cannot be provided. To ensure that you are able to recover a refund for your canceled order, kindly contact cs@bdsessions.com as soon as you are able to.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier specified in your tracking information for more information
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR ERRONEOUS MERCHANDISE
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately by emailing cs@bdsessions.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our goal is to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We currently only offer refunds for returns in special cases. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Customers agree to pay any shipping costs associated with returns for damaged or defective goods.
